Another community leader, Giriraj, expressed deep disappointment with the university’s safety standards:
“Students come here with dreams and hopes,” he said. “But when incidents like this happen repeatedly, it shows that there’s a serious lack of security. Whether it’s a Nepali, Bengali, or Odia student—everyone deserves to feel safe. We want the university to take responsibility.”
